CFor the Lighthouse Sea Hotel, the planimetric composition of the parts, like in a small Italian village, defines a heart, the square. The intent is to characterize this tourist complex with a double facing: first one on the natural marine environment and the second towards the square. In this way the Lighthouse plays a role key in the design and it is considered as a monument that allows to anyone to know the genesis of this place.
The idea to define the volumes by delicate pitched roofs comes from the idea of the breeze blowing from the sea to land and smooth these roof. The choice of brick, with chromatic palette from white to gray, want mark an affinity with the soft colors of this place.
