The new head office of the General De Fascia Municipality fits within the context, pursuing a strong formal link with the surrounding buildings with the aim of integrating into the urban fabric.
A single building body is maintained with the same position as the current one, as well as the covering with a sloping roof consisting of two pitches that extend beyond the limit of the volume, the same conformation present in widespread use throughout the territory of the common.
For the same insertion principle, the preferred construction material is wood.
The structural framework is what defines the layout of the elevations so as to determine a relationship between structure and aesthetics, reasoning on this last point from a tectonic point of view of the work. At the same time, an attempt was made to establish a review of the elevations of the place.
The spatial organization of the environments requested by the tender was imagined by attempting to reduce the connective areas to a minimum. The entrance area, the waiting rooms and the relaxation rooms were designed not as closed environments in themselves but rather as hinge environments that connect the different areas of the new Municipality.
